Zippered and slip pockets of mesh, vinyl, and quilted fabric hold diapers and wipes, small toys, snacks, sippy cups, water bottles, and more.

There’s even a touchscreen-friendly zippered pouch that holds an iPad for hands-free viewing. The oversized double-zippered pouch fits and protects most full-size tablets and portable DVD players for hands-free viewing. The zipper on the side of the pocket provides convenient access to headphone jack, charger port, etc. What a fantastic accessory for road trips and family vacations!

Time: 9am-10am
Cost: $5/month OPTIONAL: Perfect Patchwork Templates Set A and C
Instructor: Sheila Galindo
Skill Level: Basic sewing and rotary cutting skills

Sheila continues her once-a-month Saturday sessions with a beautiful new block-of-the-month “Revised Hidden Stars”. Sheila will give a talk and have a sample of the month’s block – which you can pick up at the shop on the day of the meeting. You can ask questions and of course bring your show-and-tell of blocks that you’ve completed. There will be coffee and donut holes to snack on. And, at the end of the program there is a show-and-tell of your finished block-of-the-month.

Can’t make the meeting? You can come in anytime AFTER the months meeting and get your block pattern.

Dates: 3rd Saturday of each month
Time: 10am-11am
Cost: $5/month Requires purchase of book: Tablerunner Bliss
Instructor: Sheila Galindo
Skill Level: Basic sewing and rotary cutting skills

We’re trying something new – a tablerunner of the month! Please join Sheila on the 3rd Saturday of the month right after her Block-of-the-Month meeting.

She will give a talk and have a sample of that month’s tablerunner. You can ask questions and of course bring your show-and-tell of a previous month’s project.

The cost is $5, plus you will have to purchase the book “Tablerunner Bliss”. We will have a very limited number of fabric kits available.

You will receive a 10% discount on class supplies plus 10% on the day of the class.

You must notify us AT LEAST 3 DAYS prior to class. For our QUILTING 101 class you must cancel at least ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) prior to the first class.

Refunds will be given ONLY IF the student requirement has been met OR you can fill the spot with another student.

Refunds WILL NOT be given if you haven’t notified us or just don’t show up for class. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If for any reason the instructor cancels you will most certainly get a refund.

You are important, as is everyone in class. Your phone calls…well..not so much to other students. Please turn your phone to vibrate or why not take a little break and turn it off. If you must make a phone call, please do so outside.

Would we be quilters if snacks weren’t involved? Food and drink are allowed in the classroom. Please be sure to keep the tables clean so someone else’s project isn’t compromised by your Nachos Supreme and sugar free vanilla iced latte. 🙂SEWING MACHINES
You must be familiar with your sewing machine and it must be in good working order. Instructors are here to teach, not to take time away from other students to troubleshoot your machine. We do not rent machines at this time.

Some classes require pre-class work (usually noted on the supply list if there is one). If you class calls for this, please make every effort to get it done. This allows more time to actually work on your project AND to ask questions if you need clarification on something.

You can park in any designated spot you’d like in front of the shop. If you are parking BEHIND the shop, there are 3 spaces FACING THE WOODEN FENCE. The sign in front of the space MUST SAY “GUEST PARKING”. If it’s doesn’t, do not park there!

Classes are meant to teach you something you don’t know, to brush up on things you do, but most of all to be fun! Please be mindful of conversations that might not make these things possible to the students around you.
